Hi,
My name is Paul Revill and I enjoy life. This hasn't always been the
case. Following eight years service in the British
Army I went into the haulage industry. I have spent the last fifteen
years working, on average, a 70-80 hour week in several stressful and demanding

Susan was working full time in a care home which often meant that
