We are Peter Roberts and Belinda Wells from Stockport
in Cheshire. Before finding Herbalife, Peter and I were both
Primary School Teachers. I have two daughters Jess aged 19 and
Emmie aged 20, both currently at University. We also have
three lively Border Collies, an excellent excuse to work from
home! Just over two years ago, following many years of
teaching, we were both feeling very despondent. We seemed to
be spending more and more time at work, getting little or no
thanks, recognition or reward other than our monthly pay
cheque. We had a nice house and garden, but after we had
finished work there was no energy or time left to enjoy Life.
Peter had really had enough of the way he was being treated at
work and decided to hand in his notice, even though he didn’t
have anything else to go to. I had been signed off work with
stress related illness for the second period of six months
within the previous two years. I really was not well and did
not want to go back to work.
Then, proof that Herbalife finds you when you need it,
I saw an advert in the Times Educational Supplement. I rang
the number and took my first look at the Herbalife Business
Opportunity. We went on the products straight away. Because of
the good nutrition, I began to feel well for the first time in
years. Peter lost a stone and a half and gained loads of
vitality.
When we began to realise that the business really could
give us our Lives back, we began to take it more seriously. We
made £1,500 profit in our third month in the business. This
was important to me because it was more than I was earning
each month as a teacher so I too resigned. We reached the
World Team level in our fourth month and we now both work our
Herbalife business full-time. Over the last two years we have
travelled more than ever before. We have attended
Extravaganzas in Amsterdam and Cologne, World Team Training
Schools in Maastricht and Malaga and a President’s Summit in
Nice. It has also been a privilege to be invited on the luxury
Getaway Weekends to Tenerife and Athens. What Lifestyle! We
have always tried to qualify for everything and so have
experienced some amazing parties, dinners and excursions.
We have met so many successful and inspiring people and
heard some truly remarkable stories. We have made some
wonderful friends and we are fortunate to have a committed
group of distributors in our down-line. We really do have to
thank Mark Hughes and Herbalife for giving all of us the
chance to make the lives of others happier and healthier and
in return to gain the same rewards. We are thankful to Jim
Rohn for his inspiration, our upline for their vision, support
and friendship and to so many people who have helped us on our
journey so far. We love what we do now and are really excited
about our future.
