Just 6 short years ago Mark & Anita Sterio from
South Wales found themselves very disillusioned with their
career path and where things where heading. Mark at that time
was 33yrs old, previously from a mechanical engineering
background had already switched over into production
Management and was working shifts at the British Steel plant
in Port Talbot, Anita was 32yrs old, and was working part
time, and bringing up their two lively sons. After 18yrs in
the steel plant, they both felt the pressures of living from
paycheque to paycheque, and with more month than money.
Affecting their relationship, they decided again to look for
an extra income to supplement a better quality of life,
instead of just surviving.
Having desperately failed at a previous ‘Work from
Home’ opportunity, their goals and aspirations were shattered,
and it left them unsure what to look for? When Mark was
invited to look at the Herbalife opportunity, by his best
friend, he was apprehensive, and Anita was sceptical to say
the least.
A
week later Mark then drove for three hours to London, to
attend an information day, where he could meet some real
people, face to face, gather all the facts, and make an
informed intelligent decision. From there, without Anita’s
support, he had made his decision and was going to get
started!
Being in the Health, Nutrition and Wellness Industry,
he realised they had to look and feel their best, and started
using the products. Mark, involved in a lot of sport, started
using the product for good supplementation. He lost 10lbs, but
his vitality went through the roof. Anita then went on to
loose the two stone and inches she had gained from pregnancy.
Through this confidence and belief in the product, and
applying consistent effort, their first month they earned £500
and second month £800, by their 10th month with their Business
they were making almost three times Mark’s British Steel
monthly salary, still very much part time.
Now starting to achieve so many of their Goals, 15
months from getting started, the day had come where Mark could
QUIT his job, go full time and move to their beautiful new
home with panoramic views. They were able to totally ‘Work
from Home’ and have some QUALITY time, with Anita and their
boys Christopher & Jordan, participating in all their
sporting activities.
Unlike their previous jobs, Herbalife have put on some
incredible vocational rewards, allowing them to travel all
over the world to locations such as Hawaii, Bahamas, Barbados,
America and most of Europe. “Mark says” one of my personal
goals was to take my dad for his 65th birthday to Australia in
2001, to follow the British Lions rugby squad, through this
opportunity and the freedom of time, I was able to present him
with the tickets and one of his Dreams! “Anita says” we now
earn over £10,000 a month and our lifestyle has changed
dramatically! One we could have only dreamt of before. We are
more excited about our business and the “Wellness Industry”
than ever before, and feel that we are Just Getting
Started!
